In this modern era, where the economy constantly suffers and budgets are tight, there is a need to cut costs and be time efficient. The common sayings, time is money, is ever true, especially in these last few years. If we want to save money, we can do something ourselves. I have used a kitchen scale for a number of years and recently upgraded to a nutritional scale. It was definitely worth it to me. Can you count calories without one? Absolutely you can. However, it makes it a lot easier, quicker, and accurate.
